Charlie began estimating in 1986, and joined the Anmar team in March of 2005 for which he estimates and project manages. Some of the projects he has worked on over the years include: Ardmore Crossing, Lenfest, 777 South Broad Street, Kimpton Monaco Hotel, The Residence at Two Liberty Place, 2116 Chestnut Street Apartments, 1616 Walnut Street Apartments and 38th & Chestnut Street Apartments.
