About the Role

Anmar Electrical Contractor, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team in Warminster, PA. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a strong background in commercial electrical construction and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Project sizes range from $50,000 to $5 million.

Responsibilities
  • Manage commercial electrical construction projects from award through final completion
  • Coordinate with general contractors, owners, subcontractors, and field crews
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and manpower allocation
  • Process submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical or commercial construction project management
  • Strong knowledge of construction documents, scheduling, and cost control
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with AIA billing and change order management preferred
  • IBEW familiarity a plus
Compensation

Salary and benefits package negotiable based on experience.
