Project Name: The Residence at Two Liberty

Owner: Two Liberty Place

Two Liberty Place was originally constructed for prime office space, during this project with INTECH, we transformed eight floors into luxury residential condominium units. This building is 58 stories high and boasts spectacular views of Philadelphia. Units have been completed with high-end materials including Kallista light fixtures and Lutron lighting controls. An amenity floor comprised of swimming pool, lounge, and gym was also completed during this residential renovation.
