Project Name: Drexel University Learning Terrace at Race Street
General Contractor: Intech Construction, LLC.
Owner: Drexel University

This project created an additional learning environment beyond the central library building. This satellite space puts an emphasis on active study, learning and technology; located at the base of Race Street Residence Hall. This project was delivered on a Design/Build basis with the architectural firm of Erdy McHenry. The space provides a variety of seating arrangements, computers and monitors for group and individual study.
